Critical path analysis (CPA) is a widely-used project management technique that uses network analysis to help project managers handle complex and time-sensitive operations. Glasscubes CPA will highlight all of the activities needed to complete a task, the time it will take to complete each activity and the relationships between the activities.

To activate CPA on your Timeline, select 'Show critical path'.
