Any file that is added to Glasscubes is automatically version controlled. In addition to this you can manually add your own unique revision reference to a file. To do this click on the name of the file to open the file detail page and click the 'Info' tab.

Click on the 'not set' link and enter your reference. For the purpose of these instructions I have added the reference “A1” as an example.

Any new versions of the file will need to be manually updated with their new revision reference.
