Navigate to your 'My Stuff' area, by clicking on the icon found on your side navigation bar.

Expand the 'My Requests' section and click anywhere in the 'Form submissions' panel to launch the progress panel.

This report provides exactly the same information as an individual form's progress panel but across all workspaces and only your requests.
