After creating a form in your workspace there are various ways to give access to it.
If you want a convenient way to make your form available in another workspace, then you can add a link to that workspace's 'Forms' section.
Navigate to the 'Forms' section of the workspace that you want to link your form to and click the 'Link form' button.
Click on the workspace where the form is located and select the form you want to link, then click 'Link form'.
The linked forms will appear below any forms that the workspace may otherwise contain.
Linked forms will not give that workspace's members access to the results of the form or the option to edit the form. If the link is deleted the form it is linked to will remain unaffected.
