Real-time visibility to monitor the progress of requests

Workspace level reporting

The 'Requests' section of each workspace contains the information requests that have been sent from that workspace.

Each column of the report can be sorted by clicking on the arrows to the right of it's title.

Select the filter icon to expand further options.

To view archived requests select the toggle switch by 'Show archived requests'.

To view outstanding requests with expired reminders select the toggle switch by 'Requests with expired reminders'.

New reminders can then be set to requests individually or in bulk to chase the outstanding items. Simply select the requests and then click 'Set reminders' from the Action dropdown.

The status of the results can be filtered by clicking on the relevant section of the pie chart. You can also type in to the 'User filter' text box to filter by name or 'Title filter' to filter by request title.

Note: When you send a request it will show the status sent. Some email servers (not all) such as Exchange will return a delivered receipt. When this happens Glasscubes will pick this up and change the status to 'delivered' so you can see that the recipients email server has acknowledged the request has been delivered.

Click the 'Options' dropdown for further options.

  • Delete requests to access the Information request trash bin. Requests can be restored from the trash bin. Only workspace owners can permanently delete information requests.

  • Manage templates to manage workspace requests.

  • Recurring Requests to manage recurring requests.

  • Export list to download a status report of all the requests in csv format.

Reporting on Information requests you have sent across multiple workspaces

For an overview of all of your information requests, regardless of workspace, select the toggle switch by 'My Requests' on the dashboard.

The 'Information requests' pie chart will summarise the status of all of your requests across multiple workspaces.

Click on the pie chart to launch the report, which can be filtered in much the same way as the workspace level report but with additional filters for a chosen workspace and a custom timeframe.
