If Desktop Connect has been installed for you, using our MSI installer, the application needs to be verified to complete your installation. When it launches for the first time you will be prompted to add your email address and password.
To create your password navigate to your profile, by clicking on your profile picture in the top right hand corner of your browser. Then click the 'Reset my password' button.
You will be sent an email with a link, which directs you to this form. Chose a password and click 'Reset my password' to confirm.
Now locate Desktop Connect by searching for it in your Windows start menu. Double click on the application to launch it.
When it launches add your email address and the password to the login panel and click 'Sign In' to complete the installation.
Desktop Connect is now ready to use. Here are some instructions.
