Conveniently add files to your workspace using email, without having to login.
Each workspace has its own unique email address which allows you to add files. The address can be found in the 'Files' section of your workspace by clicking on the ‘Upload via email’ link shown below. TIP: If you are going to use this feature regularly it saves time if you add the address as a contact in your email address book.
Any files that are attached to your email will be added to the workspace as individual files. To make them easy to identify each file will have an ‘Email’ label added to it. This can be disabled by an Administrator in the ‘Document Options’ section of your account’s ‘Settings’ area.
Any content in your email will be added as a comment to each file that is uploaded.
Creating a new file by email
If you forward an email that has no attachments, a whiteboard will be automatically created for you and the content of your email will be stored in that whiteboard.
