If you would like to close your trial account we'll be sorry to see you go - please email us and do let us know why Glasscubes didn't work for you - we take any feedback very seriously and will try to improve our service based on your comments.
Paid accounts
If you are one of our paid account customers, we require 30 days written notice to terminate your subscription, please email us.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Download everything that you would like to retain before your account is closed. At the end of your notice period your account all of the data that it contains will be permanently deleted.
