Our Zoom integration is enabled on your account by default but can be disabled by navigating to Account Settings > Advanced Options > Other Options.
You can get started straight away with Zoom by simply creating a new Zoom meeting.
Getting started
Navigate to the workspace calendar that you would like to schedule your Zoom meeting from. Click the 'Add' button and select 'Zoom meeting' from the dropdown list.
Please note: If this is the first time you have used Zoom with Glasscubes you may be redirected to the authorization page. Click 'Authorize' to complete the setup. You will only need to do this once.
You will need to sign into your Zoom account.
You can now continue to create your Zoom meeting as you would any other calendar event.

Once you have saved the meeting it will be visible in your workspace calendar. Selecting the event will display a link to launch Zoom and the password for the meeting.

You can of course also see these meetings within your Zoom account.
Uninstalling the Glasscubes app from Zoom
1) Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2) Navigate to 'Manage>Installed Apps'.
3) Click the Glasscubes app.
4) Click 'Uninstall'.
The Glasscubes app will now have been removed from your Zoom account.
