Our process and how we will support you

The following steps explain the process we follow to onboard new clients to Glasscubes:

  1. We will request your commercial details using this form. This will allow us to open an account for you.

  2. You will be introduced to our onboarding team.

  3. Our onboarding team will arrange an initial call with you (this should take no longer than 20 minutes). It will give them the opportunity to get a comprehensive understanding of your requirements.

  4. We will ask you to nominate a person from your firm to become the project lead. That person will be supported by us to configure your account (this very straight forward and should take no longer than 1 hour).

  5. A pre-launch session is scheduled with your team to ensure that everything is correctly set up, and that they are comfortable with everything, prior to any client requests being sent.

  6. Finally, we are available to assist you with the bulk distribution of requests, if required.

Ongoing support

You will be allocated a dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will be available by email or phone, to support you through this process, and then on an ongoing basis.

In addition to our comprehensive self-serve help center, your team will have direct access to our support team using the built-in support chat feature in your account.
