To pin a workspace to the top of the list expand your side navigation bar.
Hover your mouse pointer over a workspace you want to pin and click the pin icon shown above.
Pinned workspaces appear at the top of the list. If you want to remove a workspace from your pinned list, click the pin icon to unpin it.
Filtering your dashboard view
Once you have pinned a workspace you have the option to filter your dashboard discussion feed, so that it only displays activity from your pinned workspaces.
Click the settings cog, located on your dashboard activity summary bar.
On the 'Filter dashboard feed' option, select 'Pinned workspaces' from the drop down menu.
