Workspace level reporting

The 'Requests' section of each workspace contains the information requests that have been sent from that workspace.

Each column of the report can be sorted by clicking on the arrows to the right of it's title.

Click the filter icon to expand further options.

The status of the results can be filtered by clicking on the relevant section of the pie chart. You can also type in to the text box to filter by name or request title.

Archived requests can be viewed by selecting the 'Show archived requests' checkbox.

Important: To view outstanding requests with expired reminders select the 'Filter requests with expired reminders' checkbox.

New reminders can then be set to requests individually or in bulk to chase the outstanding items. Simply select the requests and then click 'Set reminders' from the Action dropdown.

Click the 'Export report' button to download a status report of all the requests in csv format.

Manage information requests across multiple workspaces

Reporting on the information requests you have sent

For an overview of all of your information requests, regardless of workspace, navigate to your 'My Stuff' page. Expand your 'My Requests' panel and the 'Information requests' pie chart will summarise the status of all of your requests over a given time frame.

Click on the pie chart to launch the report, which can be filtered in much the same way as the workspace level report but with additional filters for a chosen workspace and a custom timeframe.

Reporting on all information requests (regardless of sender)

If you would prefer to see an overview of every information request that has been sent, across multiple workspaces, you will first need to create a portfolio of the workspaces you want to report on. That will then become accessible from the 'My Portfolios' panel in your 'My Stuff' page.

To create a workspace portfolio, open the side navigation bar and click on 'My Stuff'. Then navigate to the 'My Portfolios' section and click the plus icon.

Give your portfolio a name and click 'Create'.

Click on your new portfolio, select 'Options' and click 'Add workspace'.

Then select the workspace(s) that you would like to add to your portfolio. If you have a large number of workspaces you can quickly filter by name. Click 'Save'.

After selecting the relevant portfolio, click the 'View' link, found on the top right of the panel, and select 'Information requests' from the drop down menu to display the report.
