Have you forgotten your password? You can either reset your password or request a magic link for a password free sign in.

To reset the password, go to your dedicated login URL or visit https://my.glasscubes.com.

Enter the email address that you use to log into your account and click the 'Forgot password' link. An email will be sent to you immediately that contains a link to click to reset your password.

Now choose a new password, which must contain at least one number and one letter and can't be the same as a password that has previously been used.

Click 'Reset my password' and you will be automatically logged into your account.

Magic link - To login without entering a password, enter the email address that you use to log into your account and click 'magic link'. An email will be sent to you immediately that contains a link to click and login to your account with a password free sign in.

The magic link is valid for 15 minutes and is single use only.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and ask your IT team to whitelist emails from notify@mail.glasscubes.com.
