When Glasscubes assists with the bulk creation and distribution of information requests, we can also build prepopulated portfolios that highlight the requests most relevant to you, making it easier to review, respond to, and stay on track.
Please follow these steps to make sure your portfolio is set up correctly from the moment you access it.
Click ‘Dashboard’ to access the reporting area of your account, where you can view and track the status of your information requests.
Toggle on the ‘My Portfolios’ switch to display all available portfolios linked to your account.
Click on the portfolio you'd like to view to open and begin reviewing its contents.
Select 'Information requests'.
Your prepopulated portfolio has already been created in the background, so there’s no need to make any selections or changes. Simply click any of the three highlighted buttons: Cancel, Save, or the ‘X’ in the corner, to open and view your portfolio.
You're now ready to start using your portfolio and can even share it with colleagues or your wider team if needed.
