As the recipient of an information request submits each item in the request, their responses are immediately made available to the requestor of the information, even though the information request as a whole may not yet be complete.
If a response needs some clarification or more information is required, the item can be queried, which will reopen that item and send a notification to the recipient requesting their response.

Querying a response
The requests section of the workspace contains all of the requests that have been sent from that workspace. Click on an information request to access its details.

Any item with a green tick has been submitted as a response and can now be queried or verified. Click on the item to view the response.
Add any query to the chat box above the response.
If the response contains all the requested information, select 'Click to verify' or click the green tick by the item to mark it as verified.
Verified items will be highlighted in green.
Responding to a query
Adding a query will automatically reopen the line item in the original request. The green tick is replaced by amber arrows, to indicate that a further response is required by the recipient.
The recipient must now edit their response and respond to the query before the information request can be completed.
This process of querying and responding can happen as many times as is required to get a full and comprehensive response.
Adding internal notes
You can add internal notes to information requests, private to you and your team to keep them in the loop.
Select the item and click 'Internal note'. You can @mention team members so they receive a notification and the add your note.
Click 'Add' and your internal note will now be visible to other internal members of the workspace.
Note: All external members of a workspace will not be able to view internal notes unless they have 'workspace owner' permissions.
