Users of Microsoft Office 365 (O365) can seamlessly edit and co-edit Office files stored in Glasscubes.
Initial set up
To link your O365 subscription to Glasscubes you will firstly need to navigate to an Office file located in the 'Files' section of a workspace. Click on the title of the file to launch it's detail page.
Click the 'Edit' button and select 'Edit in xxxx Online'.
Now click the 'Sign in with a work or school account' button. You will be prompted to sign in to your O365 subscription.
After you've entered your username and password check the 'Don't show me this again' box and click 'Yes'.
The file will automatically be locked and will open in O365 for editing.
Changes that you make to files using O365 will be automatically saved. When you close the file in O365 your file will be automatically unlocked in Glasscubes.
Remove the O365 option
An Administrator can remove the option of using O365 by navigating to Account settings>Advanced settings and check the box highlighted above.
