This cutting-edge tool leverages artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as document summarisation and data extraction, quickly extracting key points and insights from long documents and catching things that could be missed. AI Assist can also help with email drafting, such as a cover letter for the document.
To access AI Assist, simply select the document to open the file preview and navigate to AI Assist on the right.
You can type into the box to ask anything about the document and then click ‘Ask’. There are also a few suggestions that you can select from the 'Select prompt' dropdown.
In the example above, ‘Draft me a message in response’ was selected. AI Assist can summarize complex documents into digestible points, so your email gets straight to the point, and your message is sharp and easy to understand.
No more stressing over wording — AI Assist can generate a polished draft in seconds.
In another example, a question was typed into the box, and AI Assist has highlighted essential points, relevant quotes and sections that match the specific topics or themes of the question.
To update the personal prompts available from the dropdown, select the pencil icon. AI Prompts can be added, deleted and edited.
Account administrators will also have the option to update the prompts available to all account users. These will then be shown under 'Account'.
