This cutting-edge tool leverages artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as document summarisation and data extraction, quickly extracting key points and insights from long documents.
AI Assist can also help with document comparison, for example, comparing legal contracts, as well as email drafting, such as creating a cover letter for the document.

Accessing AI Assist
To access AI Assist, simply select the document to open the file preview and navigate to AI Assist on the right.
You can type into the box to ask anything about the document and then click the arrow on the right. There are also a few suggestions that you can select from the 'Select prompt' dropdown.
In the example above, ‘Draft me a message in response’ was selected. AI Assist can summarise complex documents into digestible points, so your email gets straight to the point, and your message is sharp and easy to understand.
No more stressing over wording — AI Assist can generate a polished draft in seconds.
In another example, a question was typed into the box, and AI Assist has highlighted essential points, relevant quotes and sections that match the specific topics or themes of the question.
Comparing documents
AI Assist can detect and highlight differences between documents.
Select the 'attachment' icon, and then select the file you wish to compare.
Once the document is attached, ask AI Assist to compare the two documents and click the arrow.
AI Assist will compare and highlight the differences between the two documents and can even provide further useful insights.
Searching Workspace Files with AI Assist
You can ask AI Assist to search the files section of the entire workspace to locate and reference documents quickly. Be sure to include “search the workspace” in your prompt so AI Assist knows to look through all files in that workspace.
Updating AI prompts
To update the personal prompts available from the dropdown, select the pencil icon. AI Prompts can be added, deleted and edited.
Account administrators will also have the option to update the prompts available to all account users. These will then be shown under 'Account'.
Copying & Saving a PDF of Your AI Assist Results
Our AI Assist tool is designed to process your inputs in real time without storing them for model training. The AI Assist chat will be deleted when you close the document unless you choose to copy the results or save a PDF.
You can either copy your AI Assist results to the clipboard or save them as a PDF, either to a Glasscubes file section or directly to your computer. This makes it easy to share results with colleagues or reference the information later.
Copying to Clipboard:
To copy your AI Assist results, click the copy icon at the bottom of the AI Assist screen. You can then paste the results wherever you need.
Saving as a PDF:
To save a PDF of your AI Assist results, click the PDF icon. Choose whether to download it locally to your computer or save it to Glasscubes.
Saving to Glasscubes: Select the workspace and file section where you want the PDF stored.
Saving locally: Select the location on your computer where you want the PDF to be saved.
