This cutting-edge tool leverages artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as document comparison and data extraction, quickly extracting key points and insights from Information requests.
Open an information request that has already been sent to the recipient, and then select 'AI Assist' on the top right to open the panel on the left.
You can type into the box to ask anything about the information request. There are also a few suggestions that you can select from the 'Select prompt' dropdown.
After adding your query or selecting a suggestion from the prompt, click the black arrow on the right.
If you wish to add additional documents before adding your query, simply select the 'attach' icon on the left. You will then be prompted to attach the document(s) from your computer or from Glasscubes. This could be used for example to compare documents with those attached to the information request.
Updating AI prompts
To update the personal prompts available from the dropdown, select the pencil icon. AI Prompts can be added, deleted and edited.
Account administrators will also have the option to update the prompts available to all account users. These will then be shown under 'Account'.
Note: Our AI Assist tool is designed to process your inputs in real time without storing them for model training. The AI Assist chat will be deleted when you close the document - privacy details
