Managing MTD submissions

Engage with MTD clients in an area that is accessible to other team members.

You will first need to invite a client to set up MTD Assist.

After inviting a client, the workspace will display this message until the client has completed their setup.

After the client has completed their setup, a report will appear showing any recent and upcoming obligations. If 'Completed', you can click on a submission to view the summary provided to HMRC.

Private messenger

MTD Assist features a private messenger, enabling you to collaborate securely from the client's workspace. This keeps communication out of email and available to other team members.

You will receive a notification when a new message arrives.

You have the option to reply to the client or add an internal note, where you can @mention other team members to bring them into the conversation. Internal notes are not visible to the client.
