Download and install this application to open, edit and save files directly back into your account. It will work with any application that you have installed on your computer. Desktop Connect is available for both Windows PCs and Apple Macs.

Installation for PCs

IMPORTANT NOTE: Have you installed Desktop Connect before? On 14th July 2017 we launched a new and improved version of the application. If you have installed an earlier version, please ensure that it is uninstalled before running this new installation.

We also have a Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI) version of Desktop Connect. It's ideal for customers that would prefer to roll out and maintain the application centrally, which is most useful when managing larger numbers of users.

Installation for Macs

Click on this link Desktop Connect for Macs to download and install the application.

After you complete the installation you need to authorise the Glasscubes account that you would like to use it with.

Enter your username and password for Glasscubes and 'Sign In'.

Click 'Allow access'.

This notification will appear to the bottom right corner of your desktop which confirms that Desktop Connect is now ready to use.
